ぎゅんぎゅん×クリエイトで公開されているツールは、自分用に作ったものを「せっかくだからもっと汎用的で、誰でも使えるツールにしよう」という動機で作り込んだものです。 無料で公開しているのは、自力で配信環境を整えようと頑張っている人たちを応援するためです。ツールを使った制作で、他の人が利益を得るためではありません。そのため、ツールを使って報酬を受け取る場合に限り、商用利用ライセンスの購入をお願いしています。ご自身の配信や活動に使う分には、これからも無料です。 対象のツール: Peraravatar+ / TOKI×Maker / TOKI×Table ■ 購入が必要な場合 ・Peraravatar+ でアバターを作り、書き出した HTML を有償で納品する ・TOKI×Maker や TOKI×Table で作った時計・スケジュール画像を、有償で納品する ■ 購入が不要な場合 ・自分の配信や活動で使う ・人に頼まれて、無償で作る ・Peraravatar（オープンソース版）を使う（MIT ライセンス） ■ 1件の数え方 キャラクター 1 体につき 1 件です。キャラクターの持ち主（依頼主）と制作者の、どちらが購入しても構いません。どのツールを使っても、差分の追加・作り直し・制作者の変更があっても、同じキャラクターのための制作は 1 件に含みます。 コラボ・グループ・キャラクターの変更（名前変更・転生など）の扱いや、要相談になる場合は、ライセンスのページをご確認ください。 https://gyungyun.com/license/ ■ ライセンス発行依頼 購入後、ライセンス証書（PDF・日本語版と英語版）をダウンロードし、ライセンス証書に記載のメールアドレス宛に、次の内容をお送りください。 ・BOOTH の注文番号 ・ライセンスを発行するキャラクター名（キャラクターがいない場合はチャンネル名） ・キャラクターの持ち主の名前（活動名） ・キャラクターのチャンネルか SNS の URL ・購入したのが依頼主（キャラクターの持ち主）か制作者か ・制作者が購入した場合は、制作者の名前（活動名） 内容を確認したあと、ライセンス番号をメールでお知らせします。 このメールが、ライセンスを取得したことの証明になりますので、メールは保管しておいてください。 ■ ご注意 ・ダウンロード商品のため、購入後の返品・返金はお受けできません。購入が必要かどうかは、ライセンスのページをよくご確認ください ・本ライセンスはツールの利用についてのライセンスで、キャラクターの権利は含みません ―――――――――― The tools published on GyunGyun×Create started as tools I made for myself, and I polished them with the thought, "Since I made them anyway, let's make them general enough for anyone to use." I publish them for free to support people who are working hard to set up their streams on their own, not so that others can profit from work made with them. For that reason, I ask you to purchase the Commercial Use License only when you are paid for work made with the tools. Using them for your own streams and activities stays free. Either the character's owner (the client) or the creator may buy it. Whichever tool you use, and even with added variations, redos or a change of creator, work for the same character is covered by one license.
